Konferenz zum Internet der Dinge im März in Zürich

Zwischen dem 26. und dem 28. März findet in Zürich die erste Konferenz zum so genannten "Internet der Dinge" statt. Gastgeber sind die dortige ETH (Eidgenössisch Technische Hochschule) sowie die Auto-ID Labs an der Uni St. gallen und das MIT (Boston).
Im RFIDjournal lesern wir zu dieser Veranstaltung:
"Almost 100 paper submissions from Europe, the United States and Asia show that there is a demand for a forum discussing applications, business models and infrastructures that really go beyond RFID technology," says Marc Langheinrich, an ETH Zurich researcher who cochairs the scientific program committee of IOT 2008 together with fellow ETH Zurich researcher Christian Floerkemeier.
Insgesamt sollen 23 Forschungsberichte detailliert präsentiert werden.
